Privacy Policy.

Last updated: June 2026

Signet Elite Medical Care ("Signet Elite", "we", "us") treats every interaction — clinical, administrative, or merely curious — as confidential by default. This policy explains how personal data is handled in compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations, the Patient's Rights Law, 5756-1996, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR") where applicable, and equivalent international standards.

1. Controller and Contact

The data controller is Signet Elite Medical Care, headquartered in the State of Israel. Inquiries regarding personal data, including requests for access, correction or deletion, may be addressed in writing to the Data Protection Officer at office@signet-elite.example.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

2. Categories of Data We Process

Identification and contact details voluntarily provided through the inquiry form, the Family Office, or direct correspondence (name, role, preferred channel of contact, context note).

Technical data strictly required to operate the website (anonymized session data, language preference, security telemetry).

Clinical data is never collected through this website. Such data is exchanged only within an established membership, under separate, signed confidentiality and informed-consent instruments, in accordance with the Patient's Rights Law, 5756-1996.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Consent — when you submit the inquiry form or otherwise initiate contact (Section 1 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law; Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Compliance with legal obligations, including medical-records retention and reporting duties under Israeli law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Legitimate interest in maintaining the security and integrity of our infrastructure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Confidentiality, Security and Retention

Personal data is held on access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to a narrow set of authorized personnel bound by professional secrecy.

Inquiry data is retained for the period strictly necessary to evaluate fit, and in any event no longer than 24 months from last contact, unless a membership is opened.

Clinical records held under an active membership are retained for the periods mandated by the Public Health (Medical Records) Regulations and the Patient's Rights Law.

5. International Transfers

Because the service is operated worldwide, limited transfers of personal data outside the State of Israel and the European Economic Area may occur. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses, equivalent contractual undertakings, or transfers to jurisdictions recognized as providing adequate protection).

6. Your Rights

Under Israeli law you have the right to inspect personal information held about you (Section 13) and to request its correction (Section 14).

Where GDPR applies, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making.

Signet Elite does not engage in automated decision-making, profiling, or behavioral advertising.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies, as detailed in our Cookies Policy. There is no advertising network, no analytics profiling, and no third-party tracking pixel.

8. Updates

Material updates to this policy are reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Existing members are notified through their dedicated relationship manager.
