The service is offered on an annual retainer basis to a deliberately limited number of members, accepted only after a mutual-fit characterization meeting. The website does not itself constitute a binding offer to provide medical services.

All correspondence is treated as confidential. However, ordinary email is not a secure channel. Sensitive clinical information should be exchanged only through the secure channels arranged after membership is opened.

All content, marks, copy, and visual design on this website are the property of Signet Elite Medical Care and are protected under Israeli and international intellectual-property law. No reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use is permitted without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Signet Elite excludes liability for any loss arising from reliance on website content. Liability under any active membership is governed exclusively by the signed membership instrument.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your place of residence, the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with this website.
